Amanda Reeves, CCIM, LEED AP
Founder / President
Amanda founded Reeves Commercial Real Estate in January 2021 after 15 years in commercial real estate. Amanda's passion is to help her clients maximize the value of their properties. It's about more than the commission - it's about building lasting relationships and helping her clients find success.
Most recently, Amanda spent 3.5 years at Sands Investment Group (SIG). At SIG, Amanda focused on the sale of single tenant and multi-tenant properties in the Southeast. Prior to SIG, Amanda was at Lee & Associates, where she gained valuable experience in virtually all aspects of retail and office brokerage. Amanda began her commercial real estate career in 2006 in Savannah, Georgia. Amanda holds her real estate broker's license in both South Carolina and Georgia.
Amanda is a past president and an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Charleston. She is a member of ICSC and the SC Chapter of CCIM. Amanda earned her CCIM designation in 2008. Amanda is a graduate of the Terry College of the University of Georgia and resides in Charleston with her husband Joshua and triplet sons Ray, Charlie & Evan. She is passionate about her family, her community and running - having completed 11 marathons since 2012.
